§17 credit streams: routing header of one RPC_RESPONSE_STREAM chunk. Rides in the frame payload as JSON.stringify(this) + '\x00' + chunkBytes; the raw NUL is an unambiguous separator because JSON text can never contain a raw NUL byte (control characters must be escaped as \u0000). seq is zero-based and must be contiguous; the last chunk sets final: true.
