Parse a range expression: *, ^1.3.0, >=2.4.0 <3, 2.0.0, or comparator lists joined by spaces. ^x.y.z expands to >=x.y.z <(x+1).0.0 for x>0, >=0.y.z <0.(y+1).0 for 0.y — caret semantics.
