encodeDataBody(body): Uint8Array

Encode a data-pipe payload (bulk path, §15.9): plain JSON without the control-payload string/depth bounds — the endpoint (worker) validates shape and size, and the frame never passes through the control decoder (§15.1 single-serialization rule). Bounded only by the data-payload cap.
